We want everyone's buying experience with us to be a positive one, managing lead time expectations is a huge part of the experience. Due to the popularity of our products, order volumes are typically high throughout the course of the year but spike from October to April. During this time lead times fluctuate and can be unpredictable at times, therefore exact completion dates cannot be provided unless you place a rush order.
Please allow extra time to accommodate when ordering.

Lead Time Disclaimer At Hide-A-Way Doors, every product is individually handcrafted from high-quality, real wood—never mass-produced. Because of this, each unit is made to order. Production lead times for all standard (non-rush) orders vary depending on current demand and other factors in our production schedule, which naturally fluctuate. As a result, we are unable to guarantee exact completion or delivery dates during the normal course of production. All information shared is to the best of our knowledge and presented to you as a means to help you better understand when your order might complete in production and ship. All Rush Orders start the day after they were ordered and are guaranteed to complete and ship within their production schedule minus weekends and holidays. 100% of all orders will receive a shipping or pick up notice after inspections. To stay informed, we encourage customers to review our current estimated lead times before requesting an update. If your order is early or falls within our current estimated lead times, we kindly request that you wait to request an update.
